Vince Horn & Emily Horn

Vince Horn & Emily Horn are teaching partners who've spent their adult lives living, training, & teaching together.  Their training began with Buddhist meditation, where they did years of silent retreat practice and eventually became empowered teachers.  Vince is part of the dharma lineage of Kenneth Folk in the Burmese-Theravada tradition of Mahasi Sayadaw.  He also co-founded and ran the ground-breaking Buddhist Geeks project from 2006-2016.  Emily has been authorized as a meditation teacher by some of the largest meditation centers in the West: Spirit Rock Meditation Center and The Insight Meditation Society.  Her core mentors in that tradition are Jack Kornfield & Trudy Goodman.  Both Vince & Emily were named "power players of the mindfulness movement" by Wired magazine.  They're currently using all the power at their disposal to create legit training for the digital age and raise their puppy-daughter Molly and human-son Zander in the mountains of Asheville, NC.
